– Where there is no wine, there is no love –

The Estate is divided into 4 plots which were planted out between 1983 and 2001. Their philosophy is to innovate, and their objective is to offer a quality product based on the excellence of their work.

The first commercial vintage was in 2004 with the production of wines from 3 grape varieties, Verdejo, Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon, with which they continue to produce excellent white, rosé and red wines.

The grape harvest is at night and by machine. All grapes are sourced from Estate owned vineyards. The temperature of the fermentation process varies from 8º-14ºC in order to maximise the vibrancy and aromatics of each grape variety.

Free run juice only from Tempranillo blended with that of Verdejo. Each variety is vinified separately. Fermentation takes place at a low temperature to ensure freshness and vibrancy.

Tasting Note

Strawberry, blueberry and cherry aromas dominate together with delicate notes of grass from the Verdejo. Fresh honeyed palate with lively acidity and super juicy, like a meaty, juicy plum.

Goes well with

Parma ham or grilled king prawns with tomato and just a hint of chilli.

Best for drinking in its youth to capture its full vibrancy.
