The Path from Vines to Wines

Situated in a stunning area of Caamero, just 10 kilometres from the Royal Monastery of Guadalupe, the winery features a grape harvest room, laboratories, and a production area equipped with stainless steel tanks. The aging cellar, crafted from French and American oak, and the bottling and storage facilities contribute to the winery’s commitment to quality. The vineyard thrives on slate soil at an elevation of 800 meters, where a unique microclimate allows grapes to ripen slowly, enhancing their quality. This careful approach has earned Bodega Ruiz Torres numerous awards in both national and international wine competitions.

Viticulture

After more than 150 years caring for their vines, the Ruiz Torres family believe the fruit they produce are like children you see being born. For the family, these vines are the most important legacy of the generations before then – parents and grandparents. They instilled a way of life and doing things, which have led Bodegas Ruiz Torres to where they are right now.
