It took place between the third and fourth weeks of September in 12-tonne stainless steel fermentation vats under a controlled temperature. All the Touriga Nacional plots were vinified separately. The fermentation temperature was an average of 28ºC for 10 days, followed by 5 days of post-fermentation maceration. The wine was stored in small volume vats.
After alcoholic fermentation, the wine is aged in new barrels for 12 months. After this time, the wine is stabilised and then bottled and aged for 12 months in the bottle.

The palate is dense with good quality tannins and a lively acidity typical from our terroir. A blend of elegant flavours and smooth density, with a long and persistent finish.

This wine is ideal for immediate consumption, but it has great ageing potential for 5 to 10 years. Store in the cellar with the bottle lying down.
