The Hamilton family have been involved in winemaking and grape growing for five generations. Dr Richard Hamilton now continues his family’s long tradition of involvement in the wine industry.

Viticulture
Fruit is sourced from Riverland, South Australia.
Winemaking
It’s all about the fruit (minimal winemaker involvement), lower alcohol and higher sweetness level.
After fermentation, it is clarified (using egg and milk products, so not suitable for vegans) and cold stabilised prior to bottling.

The Day Dreamer Moscato is a light and fruity wine with a soft spritz. Sweet in style the wine has an attractive refreshing lift. It displays fresh, lifted muscat aromatics with subtle hints of freshly crushed grapes. Natural fruit sweetness, with pineapple and tropical fruit flavours on the palate.
