– Where there is no wine, there is no love –
The Estate is divided into 4 plots which were planted out between 1983 and 2001. Their philosophy is to innovate, and their objective is to offer a quality product based on the excellence of their work.
The first commercial vintage was in 2004 with the production of wines from 3 grape varieties, Verdejo, Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon, with which they continue to produce excellent white, rosé and red wines.
The grape harvest is at night and by machine. All grapes are sourced from Estate owned vineyards. The temperature of the fermentation process varies from 8º-14ºC in order to maximise the vibrancy and aromatics of each grape variety.
Careful vinification takes place to maximise and protect the characteristics that Verdejo offers from DO Rueda. Fermented at cooler temperatures and for longer than usual to enhance the wines backbone and aromas.
Clean and bright with lemony hues. Medium intensity with fresh aromas of citrus and herbal tea. A creamy, delicate body with an enveloping fragrance. A touch of grapefruit bitterness, very typical of the Verdejo grape.
Fish Tacos, Green Salads, Tomato Gazpacho, Shrimp Scampi, Tomato Soup and Tapas
